SMS Privacy Policy

For customers of detailing businesses powered by NvrSlow. Last updated: May 18, 2026

This policy explains how NvrSlow LLC ("NvrSlow," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you receive SMS messages through our platform on behalf of an independent auto detailing business ("the Detailer") you have booked with.

1. Information We Collect

When you book with a Detailer using NvrSlow, we collect:

Your name and phone number
Optional email address
Your vehicle and service details as provided to the Detailer
Service address (if applicable)
SMS delivery and engagement data (delivery status, opt-outs)

2. How We Use Your Information

To send booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups from your Detailer
To deliver review requests after your service
To send payment, deposit, and quote links related to your booking
To comply with U.S. SMS regulations (TCPA, CTIA)
To prevent fraud and maintain platform security

3. Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only with:

The Detailer you booked with — your booking data belongs to the business that serves you
Twilio — our SMS delivery provider, which receives your phone number and message content solely to deliver messages
Stripe — our payment processor, only if you make a payment
Authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety

4. Your Rights

Opt out at any time: Reply STOP to any SMS to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Delete your data: Contact the Detailer directly to delete your customer record, or email privacy@nvrslow.com for platform-level requests.
Access your data: Request a copy of the information we hold about you by emailing the address above.
Non-discrimination: We will not penalize you for exercising any of these rights.

5. Data Retention

Your booking data is retained for as long as the Detailer's account with NvrSlow remains active. If the Detailer's account is closed, associated customer data is deleted after a 30-day retention window. SMS delivery logs are retained for up to 90 days for debugging and compliance purposes.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, Row Level Security on our database, and restricted access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we are committed to promptly addressing any incidents.

7. Children

NvrSlow is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
