SMS Terms of Service

For customers of detailing businesses powered by NvrSlow. Last updated: May 18, 2026

When you provide your phone number on a booking page powered by NvrSlow, you consent to receive SMS messages from the auto detailing business you are booking with ("the Detailer"), sent on their behalf by NvrSlow LLC ("NvrSlow").

1. Program Description

The NvrSlow SMS program delivers transactional and service-related messages from independent detailing businesses to their customers. By providing your phone number and confirming a booking, you agree to receive these messages.

Types of messages you may receive:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Appointment reminders (typically the day before your appointment)
  • Service follow-ups and review requests after your appointment
  • Quote, deposit, and payment links related to your booking
  • Schedule changes or cancellation notices from the Detailer

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your bookings. You will typically receive 2 to 6 messages per appointment.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. NvrSlow and the Detailer are not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

4. Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send the word STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent from that Detailer. If you want to opt back in, reply START or contact the Detailer directly.

5. Help (HELP)

For help, reply HELP to any message. For booking-related questions, contact the Detailer directly. For platform-related issues, contact NvrSlow at support@nvrslow.com.

6. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
